To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened and the returns process needs to be completed within 25 days of receipt. After that period and within 60 days of purchase, you will only be eligible to return an item for store credit.

If you'd like to exchange a product, you'll need to complete the returns process and place a new order for the item you want.

When you visit the link above, you'll be able to print your return packing slip. THIS IS A NECESSARY STEP. If a return packing slip is not included in your package, we cannot guarantee that the return will be processed. Before printing the return packing slip, you'll be given the option to pay for and print a return shipping label right then and there, or opt to handle postage later at your local post office. International returns only have the option to handle postage at a local post office.
