I don't like my results, how do I return or exchange my products?

If you're not loving your color payout, no worries. We're here to help you achieve your color goals! All we need is a couple of answers to some questions — once we gather more information, we'll be able to find the best solution for you and your hair, and provide more accurate advice. 


First time ordering? We've got you covered! Be sure to contact Client Services within 30 days of receiving your package. If we're not able to provide you with another product that will better suit your needs, we'll refund the cost of the product that didn't work out for you! 


If this isn't your first time ordering from oVertone, we're still here to help you out — we'll work with you to find the best products for your hair, and hook you up with store credit so you can pick them up! 


Whatever the situation, just submit a new ticket with the topic "I need help fixing my results" and answer the questions in the form. Don't forget to attach a picture of your hair before and after using oVertone (with plenty of natural light and no filters), as well as an inspiration pic of the color you're looking to achieve. If you don't have before-and-after shots, an inspo pic and a pic of your current hair will do just fine! We want to provide the best advice we possibly can, but we won't be able to do so without proper references.
