If you’re not loving your color payout, no worries - we’re here to help! We can’t accept any returns of partially used or opened products, but we can totally help you achieve your color goals.


All we need is a couple of answers to some questions – once we gather some more information, we’ll be able to find the best solution for you and your hair and provide more accurate advice. After that, we’ll set you up with some store credit for the cost of the products used! 


If this sounds like the best solution for you, please submit a new ticket with the topic "I need help fixing my results" and answer the questions in the form. Don't forget to attach a pic of your hair before and after using oVertone (with plenty of natural light and no filters), as well as an inspiration pic of the color you’re looking to achieve. If you don’t have a before/after pic, an inspo pic and a pic of your current hair will do just fine. We want to provide the best advice we possibly can, but we won’t be able to do so without proper references.
