How do I edit the products in my order?

Decided you want Extreme Pink instead of Vibrant Purple? Indecisiveness makes life more exciting. That’s why we’ve built in a 2 hour cancellation window after an order is placed. We can't modify the products in a completed order, but if you're inside that window you can just log into your oVertone account, select the order in question, and click the cancel button. After that, a full refund will be issued so that you can place a new order for the shade you really want. Once that 2 hour window passes the order can't be cancelled on our end, either.
