Made a typo in your mailing address or forgot to enter your apartment number? It happens to the best of us! That’s why we’ve built in a 12 hour address modification window after an order is placed (2 hours if you selected Expedited Shipping). Just log into your oVertone account, select the order in question, update your shipping address, and resubmit.


Don’t have an account yet? Create one using the email address entered at checkout and your order history will populate. 


While we aren't able to divert your package to a new address once it's left our warehouse, we do suggest contacting the carrier or your local post office to set-up a forwarding address for future shipments!
