Accidentally ordered the wrong product or changed your mind? We’ve all been there. That’s why we’ve built in a 12 hour cancellation window after an order is placed, or 2 hours if you selected Expedited Shipping — just log into your oVertone account, select the order in question, and click the cancel button. 


Don’t have an account yet? Create one using the email address entered at checkout and your order history will populate. 


If it's after the 2 or 12 hour window, unfortunately we are not able to cancel your order either. Don't worry, once you receive your order you can return it for a refund or exchange!
