How do I track my order?

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (applies to all U.S. orders and expedited International orders). All orders now come with free Route visual tracking, so you can keep track of its progress through email or the Route App. 


Due to the current COVID-19 situation, order processing is currently delayed while we prioritize safety over speed. Most orders will process within 3-5 business days! However, due to social distancing and safety precautions, some orders may take up to 7 business days to process.


You can also log into your oVertone account and select the order in question to view tracking information. Don’t have an account yet? Create one using the email address entered at checkout and your order history will populate.
