DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 SITUATION: Order processing is currently delayed while we prioritize safety over speed. Most orders will process within one week! However, due to social distancing and safety precautions, some orders may take up to 15 days to process. We are so grateful for our community and your patience as we work to keep each other safe.
As a reminder, orders begin processing after a two hour hold to allow for cancelations and edits to your order. After the two hour hold, the order is unable to be canceled or changed. Please use the returns/exchanges process once your order is received to grab store credit so you can place another order with those needed changes!
Once your order has finished processing in our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information (applies to all U.S. orders and expedited International orders). All orders now come with free Route visual tracking, so you can keep track of its progress through email or the Route App!
