Once your order is processed, for clients within the US, standard shipping has a 3-15 business day window for delivery and FedEx Home has a 3-7 business day window. Standard international shipping can take up to 20 business days, and expedited international (where available) has a 5-7 business day window for delivery.
Please be aware that our warehouse system will mark a package as 'shipped' as soon as a shipping label is created, which will auto-generate a shipping confirmation email for you — and this can happen before your package gets its first scan from a carrier! Due to carrier employee shortages related to the COVID-19 surge and capacity challenges moving this historic volume of packages, there may be delays before you see your first tracking update, as well as delays between updates once your order starts making its way to you.
Processing begins after a two hour waiting period to allow for order cancelations. After two hours, you'll need to go through the return/exchange process to make any edits to your order.
