DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 SITUATION: Order processing is currently delayed while we prioritize safety over speed. Most orders will process within three to five business days! Once your order leaves our warehouse we send all the good vibes along with it, but we're not able to manage delivery all the way to your hands. All orders come with free Route visual tracking, so you can keep track of its progress through email or the Route App. You can also purchase premium shipping insurance at checkout through Route+ if you're concerned about porch pirates!
For clients within the U.S. and Canada, standard shipping has a 3-15 business day window for delivery, and FedEx Home has a 3-7 business day window. For international clients, we know it’s unfortunate and inconvenient, but due to international regulations, we are no longer able to ship outside of the U.S. and Canada as of October 4th, 2019.
While we aren't able to divert your package to a new address once it's left our warehouse, we do suggest contacting the carrier or your local post office to set-up a forwarding address for future shipments!
