Definitely use our help desk here to let us know if your package shows up damaged or missing an item from your order, we want to help you get the oVertone you need!
Send us a ticket and select "Returns and Exchanges", then "Report wrong or missing items." Tell us what products you're missing, and we'll get it shipped out to you right away!
If you received the wrong product in your package, there is no need to return it. It's all yours on us! If you don't need it, feel free to pass it onto a friend who's looking to give fantasy hair a try.
If one or more of your products arrived leaking and/or damaged, please submit a request within 7 days of delivery for a replacement with pictures of both the box and the product. We'll be happy to get a replacement package sent your way ASAP!
