I received the wrong product, I'm missing part of my order, or an item arrived leaking/damaged - now what?!

Definitely use our help desk here to let us know if your package shows up damaged or missing an item from your order, we want to help you get the oVertone you need!

Send us a ticket and select "Orders", then tell us what products you're missing, and we'll get it shipped out to you right away!

If you received the wrong product in your package, there is no need to return it. It's all yours on us!

If you don't need it, feel free to pass it onto a friend who's looking to give fantasy hair a try.

If one or more of your products arrived leaking and/or damaged, please submit a request within 7 days of delivery for a replacement with pictures of both the box and the product. We'll be happy to get a replacement package sent your way ASAP!

We're happy to be offering Route+ package protection for oVertone orders placed on It's easy to add to your order, and if your product is damaged while it's en route to you, it's super simple and fast to file a claim and get a replacement product on it's way to you.
