I received the wrong product or I'm missing part of my order - now what?!

If you received the wrong product in your package, or a part of your order didn't make it to you, we’ve got your back! Simply send us a help request using "Submit a Ticket," select "returns and exchanges," then "Report wrong or missing items." Tell us what you're missing, and we'll get it shipped out to you right away.

There is no need to return the wrong product you received, it's all yours on us! If you don't need it, feel free to pass it onto a friend who's looking to give fantasy hair a try.
