If your order came through with an invalid or incomplete address, our system will place it on hold. The Client Services team will reach out for address confirmation, and can update your address from there.
Otherwise, once an order has been placed it cannot be altered or canceled at all. It is very important that you make sure everything on your order is correct before you finalize the order.
If you ordered the wrong shade, once you receive your order you can start the returns process for a refund or exchange.
If the order cannot be delivered to you, you can go through the same returns process for store credit, which you can use to reorder with the correct address!
While we aren't able to divert your package to a new address once it's left our warehouse, we do suggest contacting the carrier or your local post office to set-up a forwarding address for future shipments!
