Decided you want Extreme Pink instead of Vibrant Purple? Maybe you made a typo in your mailing address, or sent it to the wrong place! Don't worry, it happens to the best of us!
That's why we've built in a 2 hour order modification window for all orders so you can make any changes you may need! To edit your order, log into your oVertone account here, select the order in question, and you'll be able to make those changes.
Once that 2 hour window passes, the order is too far long in the shipping process to be altered, and it can't be changed on our end either.
If you ordered the wrong shade, once you receive your order you can start the returns process for a refund or exchange.
If the order cannot be delivered to you, you can go through the same returns process for store credit, which you can use to reorder with the correct address!
While we aren't able to divert your package to a new address once it's left our warehouse, we do suggest contacting the carrier or your local post office to set-up a forwarding address for future shipments!
