My tracking shows my order was shipped with Australia Post, but I'm in the US!

Our bad! A glitch in our system is displaying the wrong carrier for several recent orders sent via FedEx. No worries, though — we can assure you that your package is headed to the address you entered at checkout! 

We're working on a fix so this won't happen in the future, but in the meantime, here's how to get a status update on your package:

First, find your tracking number! If you click the link in your shipping confirmation, the tracking page will display it like this: 

Or you can find it on your order status page here:

Once you've found that number, copy it, and search it on FedEx's website. That should bring accurate, up-to-date info on where your package is in transit!
