Refunds and Store Credit
For all other orders, to be eligible for a refund, requests must be submitted 15 days from order date. Requests submitted between 16 and 60 days after order date are eligible for store credit. Refunds are issued for products that were purchased from overtone.co and not through a third party or authorized seller. Shipping is a completed service and therefore ineligible for refund, unless the package was incorrectly shipped or the error was made by oVertone. Once a return has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
If your color didn’t turn out as you wanted, we’re happy to issue store credit (and advice!) so you can get another shade to correct your color.
